Nose: Nutty notes, as well as some warm wood including a hint of vanilla, and a hint of saline.
Palate: Crisp onset with a hint of caramel. Light peppery touch, plenty of nuts and some salinity.
Food Pairings: Great with hard cheeses, Jamón Iberico, grilled asparagus and anything with mushrooms
