Patriarche Crémant de Bourgogne Brut (Leonce Bocquet label – local label for Patriarche’s Crémant de Bourgogne Brut)

Colour: Pale-yellow colour with golden hints.

Nose: Fine and very expressive, showing yellow fruit scents combined with dried fruit aromas.

Palate: Well-balanced, pleasantly combining freshness, fruitiness and a note of biscuit in the background. The finish is full on the tongue.

Food Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif or with desserts or salmon canapés.

Temperature of Consumption: 6°C to 8°C
