Wine Description & Tasting Notes
A sparkling wine from Penedès, Spain. Made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and aged for a minimum of 9 months and made in the traditional method, this Brut Cava shows elegance and a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose: Notes of citrus and apple blossom with notes of white peach and pear.
Palate: Smooth, creamy, elegant with a fine mousse, flavours of white peach, and pear with nutty undertones of almonds.
Food Pairings: Enjoyable on its own, but loves to be paired with tapas, Iberico ham and croquetas.
