The Dry Dragon is a crisp, dry, alcohol free, sparkling white, made using pan-fired and fermented Dragonwell green tea.
Nose: Honeydew melon and citrus blossoms with a distinct Dragonwell tea undertone.
Palate: Zesty and fresh on the palate with flavours of sweet lemons and a dry lingering finish.
Food Pairings: The perfect guilt-free celebration drink, which loves to be paired with food. Anything a zesty white wine would love, this does too, from grilled seafood to roasted chicken.
