Probably the most vibrant rosé out there! A blend of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Rose and Pinot Noir (Ward Valley fruit).
The Sauvignon Blanc is of course the main star, bringing energy and pronouced vibrancy to the wine, whilst the Pinot Noir not only adds the dash of salmon pink but also elegance, and a creamy roundness to the wine.
Colour: Vibrant pale strawberry.
Nose: Ripe tropical fruit notes.
Palate: Fresh gooseberry and strawberry notes giving vibrant mouth-watering acidity and a clean palate.
Food Pairings: Light fish and salads, or great on its own
