Do I have to register or open an account before I can buy your wine?

As long as you are over the age of 18, go to ‘our wines’, make your selection, then proceed to the checkout to confirm your purchase by inputting your payment details and address. It’s as simple as that.

Do you only accept online payments?

All wines are also available for collection from our Cafe so you are able to make payment there as well.

Is there a minimum purchase?

For free delivery within Exmouth, there is a minimum purchase of 4 bottles. However, there is no minimum purchase for collection from our Cafe, or if Postage & Packing is paid.

Is there a delivery charge?

*Same day Deliveries if ordered before 2pm!

Free delivery within Exmouth on orders over 4 bottles.

Orders outside of Exmouth will be sent via courier and postage & packing will be charged accordingly:
1-6 bottles: £8.50
7-12 bottles: £15
12+ bottles: contact us to arrange

*Orders for same day delivery within Exmouth must be received with full payment confirmation before 2pm and will be delivered on the same day between 3:30pm – 5pm. Alternative delivery times can be arranged by contacting us.

Does anyone have to be at home to accept my wine delivery?

Please be aware that we will require a signature from you for your Wine Hub delivery. This is put in place to ensure nobody under the age of 18 can accept wine delivered by us to your premises.

Goods can be left unsigned for, but you must be sure to write this in the message box on the checkout page, with instructions on where to leave the goods should you be out. We cannot be held responsible for any wine that is left by our delivery partner as per your instructions.

Do you deliver over the weekend?

Deliveries over the weekend can be made within Exmouth by contacting us to arrange. Deliveries via courier can only be made between Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver overseas?

We will only focus on our UK clients for now and therefore we won’t be delivering our wine overseas for the time being.

Can I change my wine selection once I’ve processed my order online?

All wines are also available for collection from our Cafe with no minimum order within an hour of ordering! *This is subject to availability and within Cafe opening hours*
