The wine Rosé Fleuri is a rose wine produced in the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur region in France, by CHÂTEAU BARBEBELLE. This 2023 vintage comes from the Coteaux-d’Aix-en-Provence appellation.
Lands cultivated by Romans, a typical château from the 16th century with 50 hectares of vines in a preserved and authentic 300 hectares of nature: welcome to Château Barbebelle, one of the oldest vineyard of Aix en Provence! It is the stronghold of the Herbeau family. A history that continues with the 4th generation: Madeleine decided to join her father to write in four hands the future of the family business. Together, they intend to continue to consolidate the reputation of home wines, and highlight the qualities and the typicity of their terroir in France and in many countries.
Colour: Pale and brilliant with salmon reflections.
Nose: Delicate fruits of the woods.
Palate: Delicate and light with hints of fresh strawberry, harlequin sour cherry and white flowers.
Food Pairings: At its best when enjoyed on its own but delicous when paired with sushi and salmon salads
Temperature of Consumption: Between 7°C and 9°C
