Its harmoniously balanced and perfectly enjoyable young and fresh or aged like a classic Châteauneuf Du Pape.
Nose: Black pepper, liquorice, cherry, jam fruits and mango
Palate: Complex, rich, mellow with aromas of dried herbs, stone fruits, red fruits and baking spices. Tannins are elegant and fine, with a long persistency on the mouth.
Food Pairings: Delicious when paired with hearty stews or BBQ steaks and full flavoured cheeses. Also loves to be casual and paired with a juicy cheese burger!
