Aziende Agricole D’Addario is inspired by the ambition, the love for the land, and the dream of bottling wines which recount the authentic strength of Puglia. These have driven the D’Addario family to pursue a production model aimed at creating refined wines of the highest quality.

Made from old vine Primitivo giving a unique character to the wine and moreish intensity.

Nose: notes of prune, berries, cinnamon, liquorice vanilla and dried figs

Palate: Dried fruit as on the nose. Full body with velvety tannins. Long finish with notes of chocolate and coffee

Food Pairings:Wonderful to enjoy on its own but loves BBQ’ed meats or pan seared with a light sauce such as chimmichurri. Also loves to be paird with a beef cheek ragu and venison stews.
