The Verdejo grapes come from old bush vines planted in sandy soils with a high quantity of stones eroded by the rivers on the surface, giving a high complexity to the wine. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for freshness.
Palate: rich and complex, with layers of spice, marzipan, all under juicy yellow peaches.
