A Picpoul de Pinet destined for the table, a wonderful pairing for seafood and cheese.

Contrary to popular belief, this grape variety evolves over time and gains in complexity after one or two years in he bottle.

Nose: Subtle aromas of white flowers and aniseed leading to fresh iodised notes.

Palate: Aromatic with exotic fruit notes, pineapple, dill and fennel to start. Clean, mineral and lightly saline on the finish.

Food Pairings: Perfect pairing for seafood and cheeses.
