Wine Description & Tasting Notes
Nose: Green apple and stone fruits with a very subtle hint of spice from the oak.
Palate: Rich and ripe flavours of peach, citrus and marzipan that roll around the back end of the tongue supported by a solid core of acidity.
Food Pairings: Roast chicken and herbs, baked halibut or sole with a dill butter sauce, a four-cheese tortellini smothered in alfredo sauce, or popcorn.
